Accommodation: Wind Chaser I accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 queen size bed ensuite cabins.

Meet the crew: Captain Aritz, Chef Monica & Deck hand/First Mate
Captain Aritz: Aritz lives for sailing and loves to share his passion for the sea with his guests. Born and raised in Spain, he spent his earlier years sailing and teaching kitesurfing around the world. After working as a kitesurfing instructor in Morocco, Egypt, the Netherlands, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, he realized that the best destinations are accessible only by boat and shifted his focus to becoming a Captain. Aritz now has over 50,000 miles under his belt. With 10 Atlantic crossings, 6 as Captain, you could say he loves to sail. He has spent three charter seasons in Greece and three in The Bahamas. He loves to share adventures of sailing and kiting with people.
Chef Monica: Born in Italy and raised in Umbria, Monica grew up in her family’s hotel and restaurant, where she developed a passion for cooking and hospitality. After a successful career as a physiotherapist, she returned to her culinary roots, cooking professionally across Australia, Brazil, and the Caribbean. Monica specializes in traditional Italian cuisine with a focus on fresh, simple ingredients but enjoys exploring global flavors through her travels. She takes cooking classes in every destination, bringing new inspirations back to her kitchen.
A passionate adventurer, scuba diver, and photographer, Monica loves the sea, travel, and meeting new people. With over a decade of experience in yoga and Pilates, she also enjoys leading wellness sessions. Guests praise her warm hospitality and diverse, flavorful dishes. As one guest shared, “Her dishes are packed with flavor,” while others appreciate her ability to customize menus to fit any preference.
Deckhand/Kite instructor Alessandro: Alessandro is a sea and wind lover. He’s our kitesurf instructor, photographer and video maker. During the last four seasons he was traveling around Cyclades, the land of Meltemi, as kite instructor. He started to kite several years ago, and thanks to it he had the opportunity to discover many beautiful places all over around the world. During his trips, he also improved his skills of photography and video making and he will catch all the best moments during our cruises and activities. As Italian tradition wants, he loves cooking many typical Italian dishes too.
