If the yacht is chartered from a location other than the home port, the charter is subject to a relocation fee.
VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.

Captain Karlo Macas
Karlo Maćaš, a yacht captain and certified dive instructor from Croatia, brings a wealth of expertise in both yachting and the underwater world. As a licensed RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore (200GT), he has successfully navigated yachts across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Caribbean, and specifically in the Ionian Sea, where his local knowledge and sailing skills have been invaluable. His extensive experience as a skipper and captain of catamarans and motor yachts makes him an expert in managing complex charters and delivering seamless sailing adventures. In addition to his yachting proficiency, Karlo is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, holding specializations in wreck diving, deep diving, and underwater photography. Over the years, he has guided divers of all skill levels on captivating underwater journeys. His passion for the underwater world is also reflected in his award-winning underwater photography, with accolades in both national and international competitions. Fluent in English and Croatian, Karlo combines his technical expertise with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring both safety and memorable experiences for his guests. Whether on deck or beneath the waves, Karlo Macas’s dedication to excellence and his love for the sea make him an invaluable member of any crew.

Melinda, born in Germany, brings a wealth of expertise and cultural depth to her role on board. Having worked in numerous renowned restaurants, she honed her culinary skills in diverse cuisines, with a particular emphasis on blending flavors and delivering exquisite dishes. Her Mediterranean expertise shines through her mastery of French pastries, handmade Italian pastas, and authentic Greek specialties, while her time living in China enriched her understanding of Asian cuisine and culture. From intricate wok techniques and fresh sushi to balancing delicate spices, her creations offer a culinary journey that delights every palate. Beyond her culinary prowess, Melinda has a strong background in yachting, which she joined a few years ago as a deckhand and stewardess. With experience on multiple yachts ranging from 39 to 55 feet, she seamlessly transitioned to our team, where her dedication to hospitality and attention to detail ensure unforgettable guest experiences. An avid sailor herself, she brings a practical understanding of life at sea, making her an invaluable member of the crew. In her free time, Melinda is passionate about yoga and freediving, pursuits that reflect her deep connection to mindfulness and the marine environment. Fluent in German and English, she communicates effortlessly with guests from around the world, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere both on deck and at the table.
