Alkiviadis was born in Athens in 1975 and studied in the Greek Merchant Marine Academy of Athens.He spent his first years of his career working on cruise ships. After taking a break to obtain a master’s degree in shipping from the University of Plymouth in England, he continued working as an 2nd Officer & Chief Mate in commercial shipping. The last 5 years he has been working as a captain in the yachting industry. He is fluent in English and Greek

Eleni is 48 years old and has more than 20 years of experience in professional cooking. She studied cooking in Greece and England, and has attended several culinary seminars. She specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. She has been working in private and commercial yachts for the last 3 years.
