Growing up on the island of Milos—where the fusion of the sea, authentic Greek cuisine, and warm hospitality is deeply ingrained—Alex naturally found himself drawn to the island’s kitchens. However, his restless spirit pushed him to seek more. After completing his culinary education, he honed his skills at Yalos, the island’s finest high-end restaurant. Yet, his journey did not stop there. He went on to work at Freud Oriental, Athens’ most prestigious Japanese restaurant, where he learned that the essence of culinary artistry lies in respecting one’s emotions. For Alex, cooking is more than just a profession—it is his way of expressing his feelings and creativity. His adventurous spirit and constant pursuit of new experiences are reflected in every dish he creates, making his cuisine a true testament to his passion.
