Growing up in a maritime boarding school, his path to the Navy was naturally paved. During his time in boarding school, he also learned the importance of team building and the value of each member's contribution. These experiences, combined with his approachable personality and strong interpersonal skills, have shaped his dedication to providing exceptional service and building meaningful connections with his crew and charter guests alike.

Ethan’s enthusiasm for the maritime world, coupled with over 20 years of experience in yachting and maritime operations, is his driving force. As a lifelong sailor and former Chief Engineer in the Navy, he brings a deep understanding of marine systems and hands-on expertise in navigating, maintaining, and managing vessels of all sizes. His extensive world travels have instilled in him a fascination with civilizations, cultures, and their connection to the sea, adding a unique perspective to his approach.

His passion for water sports and exploration drives him to inspire others to embrace the beauty and adventure of life on the water. Ethan’s ultimate goal is to enhance the guest experience onboard, creating unforgettable moments by ensuring every detail is thoughtfully addressed.
