Captain: Stefan Huebbe
Stefan Huebbe is a highly skilled and versatile Captain, Engineer, and Shipyard Manager with extensive experience in yacht operations, technical management, and vessel construction. Holding a Master of Engineering and an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed) certification, he combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to yacht management, refits, and charter operations.
With a career spanning yacht captaining, boat building, and technical authorship, Stefan has captained monohulls and catamarans up to 62ft across the Caribbean, BVIs, Panama, and The Bahamas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth technical operations. His engineering background includes civil works project management, luxury houseboat design, and high-power laser technologies, showcasing his ability to manage complex technical projects.
A former CEO and Technical Director, Stefan has led shipyard operations, designed and built custom vessels, and developed innovative solutions in marine engineering. His 24,000-nautical-mile semi-circumnavigation and deep understanding of marine maintenance, electrical systems, and refits make him a valuable asset in the yachting industry.
Fluent in German and English, with knowledge of Spanish and French, Stefan brings an international mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach to every project. His passion for the ocean extends beyond work—he is also a PADI Dive Instructor, kitesurfer, spearfisher, and freediver, making him a well-rounded professional in both yacht operations and adventure charters

With over 17 years of culinary mastery and the past five years spent exclusively aboard some of the world’s most prestigious motor and sailing yachts, James Temple is a seasoned professional renowned for transforming fresh, global ingredients into unforgettable gourmet experiences at sea.
From the Balearics to the Caribbean, James has helmed the galley on all types of vessels, consistently exceeding expectations of discerning guests — including UHNW individuals and VIP charter clientele.
James’ flair, organisation, and charisma brings not only top-tier technical cooking skills but also an energy and personality which truly enhance the onboard experience. Whether preparing refined French fine dining, global fusion, vibrant plant-based cuisine, an exciting multi-course tasting menu or a comforting, yet refined meal, James does everything with style, creativity, genuine passion and love for his craft.
James is also passionate about kitesurfing, snowboarding, health and fitness, travel, fine dining, and skateboarding.

With over five years in yachting and a lifetime of international travel behind her, Alexandra brings a rare blend of refined service, poise, precision, genuine warmth and positive energy to every charter experience.
A former liveaboard sailor, fluent Spanish speaker and international traveller, she has fostered a deeply intuitive understanding of guest needs and international etiquette, always going above and beyond to ensure guests are happy and well taken care of.
Beyond her professional skills, Alexandra is an avid sailor who also loves diving, kitesurfing, photography, dancing, snowboarding, and horse riding.
First Mate: Chloe Chand
Chloe Chand Salder is a highly skilled yachting and hospitality professional with extensive experience in luxury charters, wellness, and bespoke guest experiences. With over 30,000 nautical miles of worldwide sailing, she has worked as a First Mate, Chef, Stewardess, and Deckhand on high-end catamarans, delivering exceptional service to discerning guests in the Caribbean and beyond.
An Ashburton-trained Yacht Chef and RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, Chloe seamlessly integrates culinary excellence and holistic wellness into her charter experiences. Her expertise extends to PADI Rescue Diving, Powerboat Operations (L2), and breathwork facilitation, ensuring guests enjoy both adventure and relaxation while onboard.
Beyond yachting, Chloe has a strong background in event planning, education, and communications, having worked as a Product Launch Manager, University Professor, and British Council Mentor. Her ability to design and execute immersive, high-quality experiences makes her an invaluable asset in the world of luxury yachting and hospitality.
