Captain "TC" Carter is a fourth-generation Floridian who has spent most of his life in, on, or around the water. Raised along the sandy shores of St. Petersburg, he developed a deep love for the sea at an early age and soon felt the pull of distant horizons. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he returned to Florida’s Sun Coast, where he launched an entertainment company specializing in music for a wide range of audiences.
In recent years, Captain TC has dedicated himself to sharing the beauty and mystique of the Caribbean with guests from around the world. His adventures have taken him from snorkeling the crystal-clear waters of the Exumas to hiking the rim of an active volcano on St. Vincent, and swimming alongside sea turtles and eagle rays in the breathtaking Virgin Islands—now the place he proudly calls home.
Over the past six years, he has immersed himself in learning everything he can about these islands, from their rich histories to the hidden gems only locals know. With a storyteller’s heart, he brings the Caribbean to life—sharing the good, the bad, and the unforgettable with authenticity and charm.

Sonja is a passionate private chef who has mastered the art of bringing themed dining experiences to life. With a background as a catering director, she has curated menus that transport guests through different eras, cultures, and fantasy worlds. Her expertise in event catering spans across the United States and Canada, where she has honed her skills in crafting immersive culinary experiences.
With a keen eye for precision and presentation, Sonja takes pride in delivering dining experiences that cater to her guests' dietary needs without sacrificing flavor. Her dedication to quality and creativity has earned her a reputation for curating unforgettable meals.
With over a decade of experience in menu and cocktail curation, Sonja continues to push the boundaries of event meal planning, bringing vision and artistry to every table she sets.
