Decided to leave behind his career in Business Administration and Marketing to fulfill his lifetime dream of living on the sea. After 10 years in the industry and more than 50.000 nautical miles logged, 4 North Atlantic crossing and one South Pacific crossing, with several seasons being in the Caribbean, West Mediterranean and French Polynesia we can say that he fulfilled his dream.

Kristofer is a professional and passionate chef with a classical French, European, and Mediterranean background. Home made breads are one of his strong points. Kris also has a broad knowledge of healthy & fat free diets, He spends most of his holidays traveling south east Asia, where he lived for a couple years, on food tours, checking out night markets and playing pool at a competitive level.

She has been around the ocean her whole life having sailed over 5,700 nautical miles crewing on sailing vessels including a transatlantic when she was only 16-year-old.
