CAPTAIN – Yannis Ftoulis
Yannis is a dedicated captain with a wealth of maritime experience. Born in 1978, he is a Greek national who holds a Captain’s diploma along with all the necessary certifications for his position. Yannis began his career on cargo ships, gaining extensive experience before transitioning into the yachting industry in 2014. Before joining M/Y Grace in late 2024, he served onboard several charter yachts, including M/Y Halo, M/Y Project Steel, M/Y Mythos G, M/Y Sea U, and M/Y Ancallia, among others. His outgoing and hospitable nature, combined with his professional expertise, makes him the perfect commander for M/Y Grace. With years of experience navigating the Greek seas, Yannis is an expert in discovering secluded bays and perfect anchorages, and he excels at creating customized cruising experiences for guests. He works closely with his crew in order to provide Grace’s guests with a seamless and memorable charter. He has also been a water polo athlete since 1991. He speaks English fluently, and his personal interests include sailing, playing water polo, diving, hiking, and traveling. His diverse interests and deep knowledge of the Greek waters ensure a memorable and tailored experience for all who sail with him.

ENGINEER – Epaminondas Katsanos
Epaminondas, born in Athens in 1970, is an experienced maritime professional with an impressive background in both engineering and luxury vessel management. He holds an Engineer's Class A diploma from Merchant Marine Academy in Chania, as well as all the necessary certifications and specialized training required for his role. His career in the maritime industry began in 1987, initially working on commercial ships, where he honed his skills. Over the years, Epaminondas transitioned into the cruise ship sector and then into the yachting industry, bringing with him invaluable experience in handling a variety of vessels. Before joining the team aboard M/Y Grace, he provided his expertise on numerous renowned yachts, including M/Y Anastasia, M/Y Lady K, M/Y Aphrodite, M/Y Harama, M/Y K’C Dream, M/Y Bolaro, M/Y Amon, M/Y Giochithe, M/Y Iris, M/Y Happy Dolphin, M/Y Solaris, and M/Y Obsession. In his role aboard M/Y Grace, Epaminondas' primary responsibility is the safety of both guests and crew. Fluent in English, Epaminondas is able to effectively enhancing his ability to provide a seamless and exceptional experience for everyone on board.


CHEF – Panagiotis Danesis
Panagiotis, born in 1976, is a highly skilled Greek chef with a rich culinary background and a passion for excellence. He began his career in 2000, quickly establishing himself as a prominent figure in the world of fine dining. Over the years, Panagiotis has worked at some of Greece’s most prestigious luxury establishments, including Vouliagmeni Yacht Club, Hotel Athenaeum Intercontinental, and the Acropolis Museum, where he refined his craft and gained a reputation for his dedication to culinary artistry. Before joining the crew of M/Y Grace, Panagiotis offered his services onboard M/Y Mythos G and M/Y Project Steel, further solidifying his experience in the high-end yachting industry. Although Panagiotis has a deep knowledge of international cuisines, his true passion lies in Mediterranean cuisine, with a special focus on contemporary Greek gastronomy. A perfectionist by nature, Panagiotis is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. His dedication to quality is evident in every dish he creates. Panagiotis is not only passionate about his craft but also enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, drawing inspiration from his journeys. He speaks English and he loves listening to music, which adds to the creative atmosphere he brings to every meal. Panagiotis’s commitment to culinary perfection and his love for Mediterranean flavors make him an indispensable member of the M/Y Grace crew, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience for guests.


CHIEF STEWARDESS - Evdoxia Tzavara
Evdoxia is a Greek national, born in 1985 and holds a diploma in Economics & Administration. She has attended many seminars and holds a certificate in Hotel & Food – Beverage Services. She has worked in the hospitality industry for many years at various restaurants in Athens, Corfu, Mykonos, Rhodes, Crete & Cyprus gaining valuable experience. Known for her exceptional organizational abilities and outstanding communication skills, Evdoxia is dedicated to providing an impeccable level of service. She has honed her expertise in guest relations, ensuring that all guests are treated with the utmost care and attention. Before joining M/Y Grace, she served onboard M/Y Energy. Evdoxia's pleasant and approachable personality makes her a natural at creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while her creativity ensures that every guest's expectations are not only met but exceeded. She takes great pride in making sure everyone aboard feels relaxed & comfortable. Fluent in English and passionate about travel, Evdoxia enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures, adding to her rich understanding of diverse guest needs.

DECKHAND – Theodore Flessias
Theodore, born in 1991, is a Greek national and a graduate of the Ionian University, where he studied in the Department of Audio & Visual. In addition to his academic background, he holds the necessary certificates, including a speedboat license and an offshore sailing diploma. Theodore has extensive experience in ship renovation, interior repairs, and design. Throughout his career, Theodore has worked on various motor yachts, including M/Y Dream and M/Y Grande Bounty, before joining the team aboard M/Y Grace in 2025. Known for his reliability and positive attitude, Theodore is a team player who approaches his duties with enthusiasm and always with a smile. He speaks fluent English and enjoys outdoor activities such as trekking, climbing, sailing, skiing, and scuba diving, reflecting his adventurous spirit and love for exploration.
