CAPTAIN- NICK RILEY
Captain Nick hails from Liverpool in the UK. He has been at sea for 25 years and has worked his way yp from deckhand to Master 3000. He has passion for knowledge and learning and this is reflected in how he likes to teach and train his crew. Nick and his partner Lisa have been on board EALU from the beginning and are excited to welcome you on board.
CHIEF STEWARDESS- LISA SERGARD
Lisa left Sweden 3 years ago, drawn by a passion for life at sea. As the Chief stewardess onboard, she delights in blending her work with crafting memorable experiences from elegant dinner parties to picturesque beach picnics. Working alongside her partner, Captain Nick, she is dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys their time aboard EALU to the fullest. Traveling the world and discovering new places beings her immense joy.
1ST MATE- Daniel Estrada
Daniel has a passion for delivering exceptional yachting experiences. With a strong background in navigation, deck procedures, and marine engineering, Daniel combines technical expertise with a charismatic, can-do attitude. From overseeing deck operations to ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, he excels in every aspect of yacht management. Fluent in Spanish and English, Daniel thrives in multicultural environments and is always ready to lead with professionalism and enthusiasm. Whether it's navigating pristine waters or managing water toys and activities, Daniel ensures every voyage is seamless and memorable. A fun fact about Daniel is that he collects key chains to all the different places he goes too.
DECKHAND- MATHIAS DAY
Mathias comes with a passion for the sea and a wealth of experience on both sailing and motor yachts. Mathias brings strong skills in line handling, docking, anchoring, tender driving, and general yacht maintenance, paired with a proactive attitude and an eye for detail. Having sailed competitively since childhood and worked on yachts up to 30m, he combines technical expertise with a natural affinity for teamwork and adaptability. Mathias ensures smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences, whether on Mediterranean adventures or Caribbean charters.
2ND STEWARDESS- DAYANA CESPEDES
Dayana thrives in the fast-paced world of yachting, excelling in service, housekeeping, and event coordination. Her vibrant personality, strong work ethic, and fluency in both Spanish and English make her an asset to any crew and a favorite among guests. Whether crafting exquisite tablescapes, preparing specialty cocktails, or ensuring every detail of the interior is flawless, she approaches her work with professionalism and a smile.
When not on duty, Isa enjoys fishing and navigating around, discovering new coastal destinations. Her goal is to continue growing in the yachting industry and eventually step into a Chief Stewardess role.
ENGINEER- KENNY AWEKEYA
Kenny is the engineer onboard, with eight years of experience at sea and a Y2 Unlimited License. Having worked his way up from an engine cadet, he brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to his role. His passion for football and movies adds a personal touch to his interactions with the crew. Known for his infectious smile and positive attitude, Kenny is dedicated to keeping everyone's spirits high and ensuring a great atmosphere while at sea.
CHEF- WENDELL LAWRENCE
Wendell Lawrence is a professional chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. He has a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes that are sure to impress any palate. He has worked in various kitchens such as Le Bernardin in New York to the JW. Marriott in Saint Maarten as the Executive Chef Honing his skills and perfecting his craft. His passion for culinary has earned him various titles and awards in St. Maarten. Now he's eager to transfer his experience and passion into the yachting industry and make this journey and sure success.
