Henrico, from the scenic town of Gordon’s Bay near Cape Town, South Africa, brings a global culinary flair to CHANSON. His formal training in culinary arts began in 2010, followed by a stint at the esteemed French fine dining restaurant Waterkloof, where he honed his craft. With a decade of experience as an executive chef in the U.S., Henrico’s dishes are influenced by his travels and diverse culinary inspirations. Now on board, he’s eager to create unforgettable dining experiences. And here’s a fun fact: Henrico is a Tetris master!
George Tamayo | Bosun | American
Hailing from Long Island, New York, George has always had a strong connection to the water. Originally pursuing a career in sports management, his passion for hospitality and estate management inspired him to transition into the dynamic world of yachting.
