Chef Konstantinos classically trained in Europe and America, he has held the position of Chef de Partie in some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels all over the world. With expertise in food planning, procurement, management, and award-winning menu creation, he has demonstrated leadership in both pre-opening and opening phases.
