Engine 'Aquila' is a custom Cantieri FA built in Baglietto shipyard in 2006 and refitted in 2022! She has a beautiful and custom interior layout which allows 12 guests to relax in comfort in her unique spaces. She features five spacious en-suite staterooms; two Master suites (one with Jacuzzi bath), one VIP suite, two Twin suites - each with a Pullman berth. Rich wood detailing offer a sense of traditional luxury yet the modern décor and light fabrics create an airy atmosphere. Six crew members are onboard to assure maximum service. ‘Aquila’ is the perfect yacht to discover the unknown hidden gems of the Greek islands.

Chef - Sameh Abdelnaby (Egyptian)
Sameh originally from Portsaid, Egypt, is an accomplished yacht chef with extensive experience in Greece and aboard luxury yachts. With a background in high school architecture, Sameh pursued further education at the Arabic Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, obtaining certifications in various maritime safety and security courses, including STCW.V1/1, personal survival techniques, elementary first aid, crisis management and human behavior training, crowd management training, proficiency in security awareness for seafarers, and proficiency in survival crafts and rescue boats. Sameh also holds a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in the level 2 award in food safety in catering. Additionally, Sameh has been recognized as an Intercontinental Chef, demonstrating his excellence and expertise in culinary arts. Fluent in English, Greek, and Arabic, Sameh specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, bringing a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to every dish he prepares. With a dedication to continuous learning and professional development, Sameh ensures an exceptional culinary experience for guests aboard M/Y Aquila.

Chief Stewardess - Mariana Antunes (Greek)

Her tenure as a Temporary Stewardess on a prestigious 40m+ private yacht, coupled with her experience as an Assistant Bartender on international cruise ships, speaks volumes about her versatility and professionalism. Her attention to detail, dedication to excellence, and passion for delivering exceptional service make her an invaluable member of the crew.
