Stefano is a highly qualified Captain with 24 years of proven experience in the maritime field.
Born in Naples, Stefano was easily drawn to the Yachting Industry.
After the Nautical Degree, Stefano began his yachting career in 2002 and has worked in every aspect of the Yachting Industry since then, gaining an invaluable understanding of each position onboard.
Boasting excellent organizational skills and indepth knowledge of yacht management, Stefano is proactive in handling high-pressure situations with perseverance and a strong sense of responsibility. He quickly adapts to new working environments thanks to a team-oriented mindset and excellent listening and communication skills.
Stefano is also a good chef and will be glad to delight guests with fresh seafood dishes.
Stefano holds the Unlimited Nautical License for Sail and Motor Vessels, the YachtMaster Offshore 500G and is registered in the First Category of Seafarers with the title of Deck Cadet.
Italian mothertongue, he has a basic knowledge of English.

Mihai is a is a highly active and dependable deckhand with 8 years of experience in Yachting Industry.
Known for his meticulous work ethic and hands-on approach, he is a valued crew member who consistently delivers top-tier results.
Holding the 12-mile nautical licence and the Certificate in Life Saving & Fire, Mihai is well-equipped to handle mooring, anchoring and all daily deck operations with precision and efficiency.
In his spare time Mihai likes swimming and playing footbal.
