Job Description
Fosse is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages
the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages team-work, individual growth and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks..

Her roles have encompassed running busy dual-season programs, new owner setups post-refit, high-profile guest trips, and regatta participation such as the St. Barth’s Bucket. She has strong event planning capabilities, proven during multiple high-end guest trips featuring live entertainment and private instructors. Amarja’s earlier yachting career also includes charter experience on S/Y RHEA and S/Y CHRONOS, where she structured interior service protocols and trained junior stews. Her other yachting experience includes working on M/Y BREEZE (Ferretti 720) across two charter seasons, handling client service, interior detailing, and supporting mooring operations. She also gained experience aboard M/Y WEST FIELD (Riva Virtus 63), and has completed a hands-on training course aboard M/Y SEXY FISH.
