CAPTAIN GREIG LLOYD
Captain Greig was born in Johannesburg South Africa started in the industry in 2016. On a 50m+ charter boat M/Y Kanaloa based out of the Mediterranean as a deck engineer. Spending his earnings on doing courses to learn more and understand more he moved quickly up into a CO role on M/Y Sealyon in 2019 which was based out of Albany Bahamas. Shortly after in 2020 Greig got his first command on a 80ft Hatteras also based out of Albany and hasn’t looked back since, captaining vessels in the 80ft -140ft range.
Having traveled extensively in the Mediterranean including Croatia, Greece, SOF, Italy, and Spain along with the Caribbean, Bahamas and USA est coast. Totaling a number of Atlantic crossings both under sail and power of 5 times, he brings an abundance of experience for a Captain of his age and stories that could be that of a future best seller novel.
Greig is confident and passionate about his work and continuously strives to make each guest's experience aboard the vessel safe and memorable in every way
When he is not navigating the beautiful waters of the Bahamas or Caribbean Greig can be found spending time with his family, teaching his son and daughter how to ride dirt bikes and exploring some hidden gems along the US east coast.
CHIEF STEW- KATHRYN CREIGHTON
Kathryn was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland but grew up in Tanzania since she was two months old. She then moved to England to study events management and pursue a career working in the hospitality industry. While studying she worked in high-end bars and restaurants where she quickly fell in love with learning to create the best customer experience and working with teams. After six years in the hospitality industry, she moved into yachting and now combines her favorite things; working with people from all over the world, the ocean, fine dining and creating amazing experiences for people. On a personal level Kathryn loves adventuring, travelling to remote places, scuba diving and hiking through beautiful mountains. She is dedicated, hardworking and passionate to deliver the best experience for her guests.
2ND STEWARDESS- BELICIA DE JAGER
Belecia de Jager, born in Johannesburg South Africa and raised in a very small town called Kathu, then moved to Cape Town to pursue a successful career in fashion design and dressmaking. She found her purpose in working with high-end clients. She developed a skill in understanding and communicating with different personalities. She was able to give these clients an experience as well as make garments for them according to their taste and style, achieving this through attention to detail and precision. Her longing to travel and her love for the ocean pushed her into pursuing a career in yachting and she fell in love with it. By being a stewardess, she is able to use her creativity and people skills to give her guests a first-class experience. She takes pleasure in entertaining people and delivering a service that makes them feel good and satisfied, the same feeling she experienced when making garments and bespoke dresses for her clients back home. She strives to build good and positive relationships with her guests as well as her crew. Belecia is excited about meeting new people and giving her guests an unforgettable experience.
CHIEF ENGINEER- SHILON NOAR
Shilon is an accomplished professional born in Israel, where he served in the Israeli Defense Forces Navy for three years. During his service, he studied engineering and gained invaluable hands-on experience. From a young age, Shilon has excelled in mathematics, chemistry, and physics, showcasing a strong analytical mindset. Passionate about teamwork and collaboration, he has developed a love for both basketball and scuba diving. After three years in the yachting industry, Shilon continues to pursue his passion for engineering while working with diverse teams from around the globe. His goal is to create seamless and enjoyable experiences for guests, ensuring every journey is smooth sailing.
DECKHAND: CORNEL KLOPPER
Cornel Klopper, born in South Africa, has a deep passion for working outdoors and thrives on being tested while taking pride in his work. With a year of experience in the yachting industry as an Engineer/Deckhand, Cornel brings hands-on expertise that makes him a valuable asset to any team. His eagerness to learn and willingness to tackle challenges head- on are key attributes. Cornel has previously worked on M/Y Victory (26m), M/Y Venus (80m), and M/Y Vida (55m)
FIRST MATE- NATE BRADE
Nate was born and raised in South Africa, not far from a surfing city called Durban, with long golden beaches and extremely warm water. Having grown up on a farm, Nate gained his tough feet and natural demeanor from spending most of his time outdoors or in the wilderness. He is notoriously an adrenaline junkie, keeping active and participating in whatever sports that cross his path. He's an avid adventurer and extremely passionate about animals. You will rarely find Nate without a smile on his face.
CHEF-GRAHAM DUTTON
Graham has been a chef all his career and younger, learning skills from his grandparents helping in the kitchen. Cooking has always been his passion and after several kitchen jobs during school and college he went to London to work under a top chef who took him under his wing and taught him valuable skills. After that, he became head chef in a small country restaurant on the outskirts of London where he bettered himself and opened his own Mexican restaurant in his home town of Southport called Feugos. He then moved to Barcelona where he cooked traditional Catalan cuisine next to the famous Bocqueria Market cooking for locals and even Rick Stein. He then decided to try his hand in yachting where he has travelled the works in the last 17 years from New Zealand to the South Pacific, Alaska, South America and most of Europe. He would say he cooks his meals like they were supposed to be cooked in their country which is what he takes pride in. He is extremely skilled and aims to deliver the dishes to guests and transport them to their place of origin.
