STELLA FIERA is a commercial yacht with a foreign flag. It means no VAT is due in Turkey.
She can pick up the guests in Turkey, and on the same day of embarkation the yacht with the guests must clear out of Turkey and clear in the nearby foreign country, which is Greece. For example, Greek Rhodes, Symi, or Kos islands are the closest one for this procedure.
The yacht can then come back to Turkey right away for the rest of the charter.
Please, note there are some clearance fees to be paid by the charterer.
There may be some Greek VAT applied for the time period, when the yacht visits Greece to clear out of Turkey. If that’s the case, VAT will be deducted from the APA.
Disembarkation in Turkey is possible without a need to go to Greece again.
Disembarkation in Greece is not allowed in this case.
