CHARTER FEE
Includes: Accommodation for maximum 10 guests in 5 cabins, crew of 3 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, fuel
for 4 h of the engine work daily, generator work 24/7, fuel for tender transfers to/from the vessel, use of recreational
equipment (SUP, kayak, snorkeling gear, fishing equipment, assorted floats), tourist taxes, Wi – Fi, VAT of 13%.
FOOD OPTIONS
- Half board food option: 450 EUR per pax/week
- Full board food option: 900 EUR per pax/week
Extra meal charge: 50 € pax/meal.
Discounts on food options for children: from 0-3 years of age free of charge, from 3-10 years of age -50% discount, from 10 - 12 years of age - 30% discount.
BEVERAGE OPTIONS
- All-inclusive beverages package - includes Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, still and sparkling water,
coffee, tea, juices: 280 € pax/week.
- All-inclusive non-alcoholic beverages package: 150 € pax/week.
The beverages options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option.
Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer's request.
The Charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverages options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance.

- Delivery Fee for embarkation / disembarkation in any other port except base port, if “empty leg” caused, e.g., one way from

* Port fees and anchorage costs are to be paid on the spot in each port (in cash), according to actual port costs. The total cost per week depends on the selected
itinerary/ports of call. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in port each night, the yacht can also be anchored, which results in lower mooring fees.
Booking terms:
The option is placed on explicit e-mail request and is active until agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while option is active. Option expires after agreed
date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when agreement is signed by both parties and deposit paid.
Payment conditions:
Deposit: 50 % of charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking.
Balance: 50 % of charter fee + Obligatory additional cost s - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement.
Mean of payment: wire transfer to account of the agency.
