His land-based career shaped his appreciation for simplicity, seasonality, and beautiful presentation — values he brings into every dish.

In recent years, Giuseppe transitioned to the yachting world, working as executive chef aboard yachts such as Perini Heritage, Lady G, Penelope, and Alaska. Onboard, he crafts elegant Mediterranean-inspired menus with balance and finesse, tailored to each guest’s preferences. From fresh seafood pastas to delicate plant-based meals, his cooking is both soulful and technically precise.

His yachting experience includes time aboard prestigious vessels such as Spirit of the C’s (Perini Navi), MY Alaska, and Koru, where he developed a hands-on approach to mooring, tender handling, maintenance, and guest support.

He thrives in dynamic environments and particularly enjoys water sports. Sacha is a certified instructor for jet skis, kitesurfing, laser sailing, and paddleboarding — always ready to guide guests in trying new activities in a safe and relaxed setting.
